AGE RESTRICTION
Bellucci Vodka is for adults aged 18 or older. By ordering, you confirm that you and the person receiving the order are at least 18. Our courier checks identification at delivery and will not hand an order to a minor. We may decline or cancel an order if the age requirement cannot be met.
PRODUCT, PRICE, AND PAYMENT
The product page displays the bottle size and current price in South African rand. Bellucci Vodka (Pty) Ltd is not VAT registered and does not add VAT as a separate charge. The total payable is shown before you submit your order. Payments are processed through Peach Payments.
Please check your order and delivery details before paying. We will send an order confirmation after your order is placed. If we cannot fulfil an order because the product is unavailable, we will contact you and refund the amount paid.
DELIVERY
We deliver across South Africa. Available delivery methods and any amount payable for delivery are shown at checkout before you place the order. We do not offer locker-to-locker collection for alcohol orders.
We aim to dispatch paid orders within 1–2 business days. This is the time to hand the order to the courier, not a guaranteed arrival date. Delivery time depends on the destination and courier service. Please provide accurate delivery and contact details, and ensure an adult with valid identification is available to receive the order.
If delivery fails, contact us at info@belluccivodka.co and we will help arrange the next step. We will explain any applicable repeat-delivery cost before arranging another attempt.
DAMAGED, INCORRECT, OR DEFECTIVE ORDERS
If a bottle arrives broken, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us with your order number and a description of the problem. Photographs of the bottle and packaging, where available, help us resolve it quickly.
For a qualifying defective product, you may choose a replacement or refund in accordance with applicable consumer law. We will arrange a required return at our expense. We will also correct an item sent in error at our expense.
CHANGE-OF-MIND RETURNS
If you change your mind about an undamaged bottle, contact us before returning it. The bottle must be unopened and in a condition suitable for return. Where the return is accepted or required by applicable law, you are responsible for the direct return shipping cost for a change-of-mind return. We will explain the return process and refund due before you send the bottle.
Nothing in these terms limits your rights under applicable consumer law.
